"My mother lived here for 12 days. We paid close to $15,000.00 upfront for her rent, medical expenses, a Community fee of $3000.00 and a pet fee. My mother died on her 13th day. We spoke with Brenda, the director prior to agreeing to move mom in. We discussed refunding fees if something should happen to her. We felt that my mom deserved a refund of rent, as she does before the 1st of November. Brenda could care less. They want YOUR MONEY- MONEY, MONEY 💴 Needless to say- we got some medical fees back ( they over charged us) the pet fee and 1/2 of the community fee= 3441.00. After Brenda promising to work with us, if my mother passed away, she could care less. Would never recommend this place" - Debra…
