"The care my father received at ARTIS Senior Care Living was appalling. The staff lacked basic knowledge and neglected his needs. Despite his early-onset dementia, they labeled him "uncooperative" and suggested sedation. Even basic tasks like bathing were mishandled, with staff calling my mother for help. We lost our deposit due to their incompetence. What's worse, they didn't even bother to check on my father after we left, despite calling us "family". This review stands as a stark warning to others considering this facility: if you value the safety and dignity of your loved ones, look elsewhere. ARTIS Senior Care Living has proven themselves unworthy of trust or consideration." - Carolina… Read more

"I recently visited Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood with my family, and it was an incredibly positive experience. The facility was modern, clean, and spacious, and the residents all had big smiles on their faces. Darline Osser, the Sales Counselor, was especially welcoming and professional. My Mom even started dancing to the music in the background :) We've made the decision that Five Star is where she's going and now we are just planning for the move." - Meghan… Read more

"Finding an Assistant Living / Memory Care facility for a loved one is never easy. My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and after looking at many places, I found MiCasa. The place is clean and well maintained but more importantly, it’s what’s inside that really matters. MiCasa is a wonderful, caring memory care facility. The owners, Mike and Rachel are dedicated and caring. They are both are fully engaged with the running of the facility. I moved my mom in under some difficult circumstances and Mike and Rachel went out of their way to help. The office personal, Claudia and Cristina are both caring and professional. My mom moved in shortly after MiCasa opened and was a resident for almost 2 1/2 years. I can honestly say, I never worried about the care she was receiving. The entire staff gave my mom, love, care and peace. I will be forever grateful." - Susan… Read more
