"My mother has been at Vitality for a few months. The facility it self is very nice, and there are some GREAT people there. However, they are severely under staffed. They advertise that they clean rooms and do laundry, but in my experience, this sometimes gets overlooked, and I end up doing it for my mom. The bigger issue is the response time when residents need help. My mom has fallen, and no one came when she pushed her alert button. She had to get help from another resident. I have heard from residents that a woman fell out of her bed recently, and was on the floor for a couple of hours. This is unacceptable for an assisted living facility. Vitality desperately needs more help. I believe they should not admit any new residents until they get their staffing issues resolved." - Leslie…
