"If I could give this facility less than one star, I would. Whatever you do, do not bring your loved one to this location. When my mother became a resident, she was in a shared room and we paid $3,750 per month. At her annual renewal in May 2026, Varsha and Kimoya were unable to find another resident to share the room, they changed her to a single-occupancy rate and increased the monthly cost to $6,195. I do not understand why it became our responsibility to absorb such a significant increase simply because the facility could not find a roommate. In my opinion, Prema has gone downhill since Kimoya H. became Executive Director after taking over from Terese A. in July 2025. Throughout our experience, I found Kimoya to be rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and dismissive of family concerns.
