Unfortunately, after a full year of my grandmother living there, my family has experienced the complete opposite. What happens behind the scenes is deeply concerning, and families deserve to know the truth. 1. Temperature Control Neglect For over a year, we have submitted multiple requests for my grandmother’s thermostat to be fixed so she can control the temperature in her own room.
