"My experience is, never allow your family member to live be here. Staff is well overworked and often angry and very bossy. Food is lousy. Lunch PB&J and cottage cheese, dinner tuna salad and glass of water. My medication was forgotten. Still have cloths I brought outside for over 30 days. Eating places are assigned and people don’t talk. Another guy turning on the gas stove because they take his lighter. Promised me that I had cable ready for my room. Nope and my TV was outside for 3 weeks, no cable. No WiFi. If you buy your own food, it goes downstairs and they won’t let you get it or eat it. Cloths come up missing. No bottle water or soda allowed in your room. But I out are not allowed in room. People are treated like animals or children. No encouragement or good morning. If possible I will update close this place permanently. I would never allow my family member to be here." - JD…
