When she arrived at 10am he ing wet. She asked an aide to change him. They did not come for over 2 hours. We went to the dining room after and we fed him. There was no one available to feed him. The poor lady next to him did not eat, because she did not have family there to feed her. She kept trying to feed herself, you could tell she was hungry. But she couldn't get it to her mouth.
