"My Mother spent about a year and a half at the Preserve both in Assisted Living and in Memory Care. Poor management, high staff turnover, understaffing and lack of expertise led to a very dangerous situation. After her second hospital stay with serious injuries, we found another place. I deeply regret leaving her there as long as we did. The worst part was that there was no accountability and no effort by the management to work toward any improvements.
