Built in 2010 and updated in 2019 and 2020, our property offers a warm and welcoming environment. We have two living arrangements at Barathaven. Private studios or companion apartments. Most face the courtyard. Apartments are roomy enough for two people. All showers have drop-down bath seats with handheld shower sprayers. Personal furnishings are welcome. All apartments are furnished with full-sized beds, headboards, nightstands, and lamps. In the common areas, beautifully landscaped grounds and tastefully designed communal spaces support conversations and activities. There are two community living rooms and dining rooms, an activity space, a sun porch, and an outdoor secured courtyard.
