"My Mom was not cared for as she should have been. Do not place your loved one here if they are unable to defend and speak up for themselves. They only take pride in their assisted living. The Memory "Care" is HORRIBLE. I have videos and photos of everything that was done to my Mom, who had Lewy Body Dementia. Unfortunately because of guidelines I am not allowed to list exactly what was done. Her privacy rights were not respected and despite reporting each and every instance, NOTHING changed, and all the staff members who were involved, are still employed there!
