"I did not tour the facility because there are currently no vacancies. However, I have visited it once before and found it to be clean and pleasant. I also did have a very positive experience with a phone interview with Cristina. She gave me lots of helpful informaton and I was very grateful, especially given that the time spent was not going to lead to a new resident check-in.
