339 Greentree Road, Sewell, NJ, 08080
Assisted Living, Memory Care

"The facility is new, well-lit, and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and warm with my mom. I think this is important as she craved physical affection when she lived alone in her house. There are so many activities that the first few months can be overwhelming until she settled into a routine of what activities she actually enjoyed. The "fear of missing out" has passed and she is getting more comfortable. Regular Community Meetings address resident concerns. And the dining room is beautiful--fresh linens all around with daily menu changes and standard options if today's offering doesn't suit your taste. The best part--they check on residents between 11pm-7am. I know my mom is safe and happy here." - Paula H.…

45 Route 206, Hammonton, NJ, 08037
Assisted Living, Memory Care

"This place is terrible, and if you look them up on the NJDOH website, they've been cited 20x in 2yrs. My parents lived here and I spent several days each week visiting them and helping with their care. Based on my family’s firsthand experience, I had serious concerns about staffing, responsiveness, communication, management, and resident safety. Our concerns became serious enough that we contacted the New Jersey Long-Term Care Ombudsman, which became involved in addressing the situation. I understand related concerns were also under review by the appropriate state agencies. I experienced dismissive and unprofessional communication when I asked questions or relayed information from my parents’ doctors. I was threatened they would call the police to limit my contact with mt parents after I advised the facility they were violating my parents rights. Our family ultimately decided to transfer my parents because we no longer felt confident this was the safest setting for them." - Marie…
