"My mom has been here for just over a year. We looked at other flashy places, but this facility just felt right. When I went to the other places, the residents and staff were nowhere around. I didn't want my mom just sitting in her room like she did at home. When I went to Eden Heights of Olean, the residents were happy, and joking with each other. The staff were actually smiling! I saw the Executive Director helping a resident, not just sitting in the office. Every time I come to visit, my mom is clean, dry, and happy. I am so glad my mom is here. She gained 8 pounds during her first month because she loves the food! She was losing weight at home. The nursing director knows everything about my mom, and she always keeps me informed about medicine changes. The case manager is so niceand she calls me all the time too. My mom says the staff answer her call light fast too, but she is never in her room when I visit. My mom loves Eden Heights and she is well taken care of, and she's happy!!!" - Karen…
