"Every time I visited my grandfather in the memory care unit, the staff was doing their homework or socializing with one another while the residents just sat there. When assistance was needed from the staff, we always received attitude because we're interrupting their conversation. My grandfather's room was so dirty that we opted to use a public bathroom elsewhere instead of using his bathroom. His bed sheets were RARELY changed which we know because we bought him different color sheets and it was always the same sheet on his bed. We discussed this issue many times with the memory care director but asmthe last time i visted my grandfather, they never addressed the issue or made ant effort to clean his room which i have photo proof of. I should also mention, that the bunch of times they sent him by ambulance to the hospital, he was never where they said he was. Two separate times, we spent hours calling around to all the different hospitals trying to find him." - Michelle…
