Continued care and kindness by Coordinator, Beth Chevere and nurses, Julieza and Samantha made themselves available to residence and families alike. So many wonderful people work behind the scenes, making this facility run smooth. The food is good, the place is airy, bright and clean. Our family had peace of mind knowing that our mother was no longer alone. She made friends, participated in activities and looked forward to walking with Terry Richardson each morning. "The amount of feces I had to clean up on my own is like a sick joke. The bathroom smelled of urine and was broken down, the resident was never dressed, there was always feces somewhere in the room - the floor, the rug, clothes, handles, ect. There are too many issues to mention, and the memory care section is a complete joke. Employees are quitting left and right. Save yourself from this location.
