"Beautiful community located behind St. Lukes at Grandview. Community isn't too big, which was main concern so my mom could acclimate and make friends easier. Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living

"The lock down area for memory care is absolutely horrible . The staff is unpleasant and always use the excuse of visitors are stressing out the person you are visiting, they used this on me and I personally witnessed it happen to others. They really don't want you to see what is going on. They just plop the patients on a couch with a tv while they are on their phones. The head or whatever she is and her assistant are downright rude, management not much better. No person needs end of life to end like this. Highly advise you not to put a person you care about in this unit. The independent section was much better but the lockdown section is disgraceful and the patients have memory issues so they can't even report the things that go on in this section." - Linda…
