The 8 Best Memory Care in Williamson County, Texas

"Read my reviews on Yelp, Google, Facebook, where I could write more. Stay away from this place. It has gone downhill significantly and is charging way too much for what residents receive. Frontier Management runs the Auberge for the owner and they are a poor company. They have hired poor staff to run the facility and it shows." - Tonya… Read more

"Former 5 star place, now 1star. Mother moved in 5 months ago on AL side, fantastic place for her. A new director (Donna) took over 3 weeks ago, the stars fell off. New dir decided Mom needed to be moved immediately to Memory Care. Lied about Nurse agreeing, lied about Mom's mental state, didn't notify me when movers arrived. When confronted blamed everyone else, not her. Also discovered there was fire/water damage to some apartments, so those residents had to be moved, and THAT's why Mom had to go to memory care. Mom was an obstacle to be moved. Her apartment had new residents that same day. I took mom to another AL/Memory Care place, they assessed her as needing the AL side, NOT the Memory Care side." - John… Read more

"Genuine care for your loved one is the culture of The Platinum Resort Assisted Living. Located in a residential neighborhood, this quant 15 bed facility provided the outstanding personal care for our Aunt that we sought and wanted. On our regularly weekly visits, we observed the interactions between staff members and all the residents. They treat each resident as if he or she is their own grandparent. They do the little things that make a difference: bending down to look in their eyes as they speak to them, ensuring they always have a glass of water at hand, and escorting them to each meal or delivering the meal to their private room are just a few examples. The early morning our Aunt passed, one of the night staff members went the extra mile to comfort her by staying beside her and holding her hand as she took her last breath. She was 95, on hospice, and had resided there nearly a year. The Platinum Resort definitely exceeded our expectations." - Randall… Read more
