"I’ve been staying here since the 3rd or 4th of January this year. From what I have seen and been subject to the staff is very caring and considerate of the residents. Her judgement rather than the Doctor's orders of every 4 hours. One of the administrators came into my room to tell me I was only getting pain medications every 8 hours instead of the doctor's orders of every 4 hours. The physical therapists were not certified PT. They were assistants. The certified PT would come in the room to get me than turn me over to the assistant. That way she could say a PT worked with me but never did.The assistant did not know how to run the stepping machine, another assistant gave me a bag of ice for my injury and then went home and that was her idea of therapy, and it goes on. I was given one bath in the week and a half I was there which was suppose to be twice a week. Someone from the kitchen staff, I presume, asked what things I liked to eat but I never saw any of those foods." - Gloria…
