"This is not the place for your loved one unless you plan on providing most of the care yourself which seems to defeat the purpose of assisted living and care. There is not enough staff to provide a basic level of care for residents (i.e. feeding, dressing, bathing, administering medication, etc.) and some of those who are working seem to be too busy on their phones to be bothered to care for residents . Staff has an excuse for every situation and takes no accountability for the lack of care provided.
