300 Banning Street, Dover, DE, 19904

"This place is horrid. It's decorated nicely (probably due to it being new) but isn't kept well. The nurses treat the patients and visitors like they are dealing with EVERYDAY issues, and it makes no difference to them. Michelle on the second floor was ridiculous each day we went to visit my parent. She was constantly talking about her private issues and had a VERY unprofessional and nasty attitude all day. My parent's bridge, cell phone, and clothing items were missing daily, and she wasn't able to walk. Now that she's gone, we've been harassed for almost 6 months about a bill that we paid to the manager with a debit card for her last 9 days. We've emailed the death certificate, the contract, and the receipt, yet they continue to call with threats and act as if they don't speak to each other. The fictitious amount continues to grow. We were/are highly disappointed in the care we received and wouldn't recommend this facility to our worse enemy." - G…
