"First, let me say that it is a beautiful place has all the amenities for a rehab facility what it doesn’t have is coordination between the staff and the patient I was made to walk in rehab with a walker yet my doctor said no weight on 1 foot . one night I was in the di stress for two hours and I had to call my daughter to come to help clean me up. There are no towels said the aid my daughter went to Walmart and bought towels a washcloth to clean me up medication had to be clarified each and every time I was given pills, food was terrible, but I do wish to congratulate Herman Rodriguez and the CNA’s they were always pleasant and see and saw to my needs. "Not sure what the kick backs were for these 5 star reviews. This place is a disgrace! From the CEO down to housekeeping, they do not care about your loved one. Complaints went in one ear and out of the other. Not just my loved one but her roommate as well. I bought a mop and cleaned the room myself. Clean linens and clothes were only given when I asked or just went and got them myself. The food or lack there of, was not edible and usually had an odor that was not pleasant. The higher ups and especially the DON will look you right in your face and lie. You don’t have to believe anything written but I would hate for another Elder to be neglected and abused like my mom was and disregarded like she meant nothing. They have this nice clean building and that is severely under staffed and people are sitting around blocking isles and doing nothing . No one available to take them to their rooms .
