"I don’t even want leave 1 heart but it’s the only way I to submit my review. I have experienced two years of hell with the staff. It appeared clean, the cnas were overworked, so if I lucked up and got a good one they wouldn’t be around for long. The resident PA was a joke and the doctor was hardly ever there. My sister’s clothes were stolen but I was reimbursed I guess because I did her laundry so they couldn’t lie there way of of it. These people will look you in your face tell you what they think you want to hear and do thing that you ask. I called the state several times, someone came out to investigate I was told they were cited and fined but nothing changed. I finally was able to get my sister out of that hell hole and took her to Rockdale Health Care in Conyers. Oh my God the staff is friendly and more importantly they did their jobs!!!
