"My family member is there for rehabilitation. We visited them and found the staff to be dismissive and rude. It is not a friendly and welcoming environment. We were there from out of town and it is sad to say that our experience was not pleasant. There are very few residents/patients there. At $9000 dollars a month I would expect a lot more accommodation for visiting family. We felt like they were lurking around observing us. The place was virtually empty.
