"Shortage of Staff and high turn over of staff... NOT good. My Mother was a resident there and died in April 2025. She always said no sense in remembering the staffs name as they would be gone in a week or so. My mother called me many times for me to call the home day and night as she needed help and NO ONE was answering call lights. At night was horrible if you need help as a lot of times 1 nurse and 1 aide to take care of 45 to 50 people and I would call in to get mom help and was told doing best we can do with 2 people working.. My Mother passed in the hospital with me by her side. I am thankful as if she had been in Medicalodge I would always wonder if she called for help but none came.
