"Disappointing Experience – Major Improvements Needed! Although this nursing home is a beautiful, newer facility, there are serious concerns about management, staffing, and the quality of care provided to residents. The facility appears poorly managed, and the physical therapy department does not seem adequately trained to meet the rehabilitation needs of elderly residents. Call bells can go unanswered for an hour or longer, and there often seems to be no one available when residents need assistance. This is unacceptable in a setting where residents depend on staff for their safety and basic needs. Staffing is another major concern. The facility appears severely understaffed, leaving employees overworked and overwhelmed. There are also concerns including reports of managers swearing at and calling staff names. Frequent staff absences add to the ongoing problems. A beautiful building means very little if the care and management falls short." - Cynthia…
