"They haven't any water for ice water. The food is absolutely the worst I've ever had and is ALWAYS COLD. Staff tries to do what they can, but even they have no luck, or help from the provider. I recently had to go five days with bloody sheets before they got tired of my complaining. The ratings for this facility should be minus 1. Who does one complain to? Doesn't do any good to complain to staff. Provide a water cooler and a microwave to the second floor for the residents and staff. This is abject neglect on every level.
