"If I could give it no hearts, I would.. My mom was in Wellbridge of Grand Blanc for 3 weeks for rehab after her surgery. The facility is clean. The help is terrible! My mom had to wait over 45 minutes after she pushed the call button to get any help what so ever. I eventually had to go find someone to help her. I stopped at another nurses station to inquire about the nurse for my hall and the nurse told me "that is not my hall!" I asked her if she could locate the nurse for my hall and she once again told me "THAT IS NOT MY HALL". on the third try I asked her if she would call my nurse and she told me that "that is not my hall I don't have to find anyone for you!!!!!" I then tried to contact the facility by phone and received no answer and could not leave a message. If you want your loved one to be taken care of on a timely bases. Don't send them to Wellbridge of Grand Blanc. Their phone system is terrible? You can't even leave a message." - Leigh…
