"NEGLECT! Our mother was there for 2 1/2 months, and she only received 3 showers, and we had to raise hell to get those three showers. They are extremely short-staffed. They let her to lay in bed all day. She left this place in worse condition than when she arrived. Her room smelled of soiled items. Food is also an issue. Often, we would arrive to see our wheelchair-bound mother and she'd be lying flat in bed, and her uneaten lunch and dinner were just laying on tables, out of her reach, in her room. Don’t answer bells ringing. My mom is scared and lonely. Until we had cameras we had no clue they weren’t doing anything after 12k a month. Won’t give my mom a shower because they don’t have the time well guess what? Old people don’t like showers and neither does my dog but they have to have it and it you can’t get things done then you shouldn’t run a business. Only one manager seems to work here and that’s Liz but she’s off on the weekends. Now the phone lines are dead as usual. I worry about my mom until she can get out of this cage it’s worse than locking up a kennel. I wouldn’t put my dog here. Get a camera if you live here. Then You will see I promise!!!!
