"My mother has been in Venetian Center for almost 4 years. Her name is Viola and she lives on the 4th floor. My name is Arlene and I am one of her daughters . I have given the new Venetian 5 stars because the new owners have been here for a few months and are trying their best to clean up the mess that has been left behind by the previous owners. My experience with the new owners is the moment they took over the building, they have supported Sandra our administrator, in her decisions with improving Venetian and one of the best decisions was in hiring Kevin Fisher as our DON. Both of them, along with Michael (administrator), are working diligently to fix any and all things that come in the front of their path that is not an asset to the residents.
