"Would not recommend. Communication is not good with the medical team. Social workers are non existent and when they are they have attitudes and are rude. Hospice was not good and did not provide the comfort needed. Food is not good. They misdiagnosed UTI twice leading to sepsis. They have many falls. Residents are ignored when they ask for help. Residents appear to be sedated most of the time. They put catheters in instead of helping the residents to the bathroom because it makes the job easier for them even though it is not good for the resident. Staff curse and have arguments in front of family members and residents. They use a staffing agency, which makes it hard for the staffing agency nurses to understand if something is wrong with the patient because they are unfamiliar with the patient.
