"Bad experience. The first eight months my mother was ok .After that we began to have problems. I could go on and on so to make a long story short showers were not given once a week like they were supposed to be given call bells are not always answered. The floor in her room always had crumbs on it every time we visited which was twice a week. Briefs were not changed like they should of been. When we finally got her out of there with the help of a caring social worker she ended up in a place with wonderful care. I was very impressed. Unfortunatlly she passed away a month later.
