"I am making complaints about the call button delays. Why must I call the front desk with my phone to get any assistance when i have a call button. Some staff are nice it’s not that the y are horrible ppl here no one is saying that jazz. It’s the no urgency to get us more staff to help us. It’s a for profit nursing home and being for profit , i question the short staffing issues since it has been on going. It see me like it’s purposeful due to it never changing. No where is short all the time and usually pay isn’t bad for a places like this so must be they are choosing to keep it short staffed. In a college town so that’s how I know it’s purposeful the y could find employees, the y just refuse to I think. I have not have physical therapy in a month and I was supposed to get out of here not move in long term. It is stressing me out. I like sing fit with Amy that is a good view point she’s great. Advocate for yourselves is my advice." - Melisa…
