"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! It is a terrible place. I was in there for rehab and didn't need a lot of help, but I needed information which I was not given. When I was transported there from the hospital, I was just "dumped" in a bed and not told anything. Found my call button didn't even work. There isn't enough room here to go into the things that I observed (like a resident eating off the floor). No one had ever told me I needed the oxygen all the time. When I learned that I did need it, I had to have my portable tank brought from home. I was there for 13 days and the only shower I had was when my sister helped me. I had to beg to have a clean washcloth and towel so I could give myself a sponge bath. In the dining room staff went out to smoke, coming back in and passing out trays with no handwashing.
