"Where to begin. This place is terrible. I am trying to think of something positive to relay but I can’t think of a thing. The place is dirty with trash laying on the floors for days. The food is so nasty and unhealthy. For patient on cardiac low salt diet items served were chili hot dogs and gravy laden mystery meat. They placed call button on the floor where bed bound patient could not possibly reach. They do not do frequent checks on patients body for skin integrity although they will tell you they are. Incontinent patients are left sitting in soiled diapers for hours. Patient was there for over 3 weeks and never had chance to brush teeth because she was bedbound and couldn’t get to sink according to nursing. The help is very rude and lazy and let you know they resent your asking questions or for patient assistance. If you care about you loved one then please avoid this hell hole altogether" - Vida…
