Jennifer

September 2025

My mom was admitted on a Fri at 4 PM. Her room wasn’t stocked - no blankets, towels or soap. The bed wasn’t made and the transport driver had to put the only sheet on. She didn’t receive a blanket or towel until 8:30 PM. The room was filthy: the bedside A/C was caked in grime and a shopping bag with trash and personal effects proved the room wasn’t prepped. And the “food” can’t make anyone feel better. Staff were glued to their phones. Residents wandered the halls aimlessly with no dignity or care. A nurse actually yelled at my mom about her meds, despite paperwork allowing her to self-manage. By Sat, her only trashcan was overflowing. When I removed the bag, I noticed there was feces inside the bathroom trashcan. Not an ideal situation if you’re recovering from a bacterial infection! Less than 24 hours after admission, I walked her out the front door and no one noticed. This facility is hell on earth. If you have any shred of dignity for your loved ones, don’t send them here.
