Jennifer is a dedicated licensed social worker specializing in aging services, with a passion for supporting older adults, caregivers, and families.  With over 30 years of experience in the field, she has worked across diverse settings, including community programs, long-term care, and healthcare systems. Jennifer has been with CareScout for six years as a Senior Manager of the Care Support team. Jennifer is committed to promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for aging populations through advocacy, case management, and resource coordination.
