Each of our nurses and aides benefits from the oversight and expertise of Dazzle Healthcare’s Owner and Founder Ifeoma Nwafor. A Licensed Social Worker, Nurse and Lawyer currently studying to earn her degree as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner, Ifeoma has a superior work ethic and a deep understanding of all the components of patient needs. Her thorough interview when onboarding clients and their families, her knowledge and expertise of delivery needs, and her weekly patient assessments – a timeframe that goes beyond the one time per month industry standard – ensure that she fully understands a patient’s condition and needs at every touchpoint. This results in proactive care that recognizes, even anticipates, the changes in a patient’s condition that will necessitate modifications to the treatment plan and protocol.
