Offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing care, and short-term stays to older adults, Senior Lifestyle also provides affordable housing for seniors. In 2020, Senior Lifestyle earned top marks in the J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Study, in part due to the systems they implemented during the pandemic. This included facilitating a voice-to-voice communication system between residents and their families, which also helps staff respond quickly to resident needs. Senior Lifestyle also requests feedback from residents and families using this voice-to-voice technology, garnering more robust response rate than paper or online surveys tend to prompt.
