About me

Carla Cary has been helping seniors and their families navigate the senior living journey since 2011. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), she specializes in guiding families through the often complex process of evaluating senior housing, memory care, assisted living, and long-term care options. Her goal is to help families make confident, informed decisions while reducing the emotional and financial stress that often accompanies a move.

Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems, providing her with a strong foundation in healthcare systems and patient-centered care. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for providing honest guidance, compassionate support, and personalized recommendations based on each family's unique needs.

Her passion for serving seniors is deeply personal. After caring for her own parents through their dementia journeys, Carla understands firsthand the challenges families face when searching for the right care. That experience drives her commitment to treating every family with empathy, patience, and respect.

Recognized as a trusted senior living advisor, Carla has extensive knowledge of assisted living, memory care, residential care homes, and senior care resources throughout Southern California. She believes that finding the right community is about much more than amenities—it's about matching each senior with an environment where they can thrive while giving families peace of mind.

Carla is the BEST!! We were going through a tough time placing my dad into a memory care facility, and was under a specific time crunch on getting things done. We were nervous that we wouldn’t be able to make our deadlines. But after the first phone call with Carla our stress was greatly diminished. She knew our situation and was very helpful in understanding our placement issues. She got back to us the next day with a few recommendations and we were able to schedule viewings with ease. My wife and I had to choose a care facility for my late father 14 years ago and knowing now that we chose the wrong one, he was a retired firemen and after savings others and helping others his entire life, he died unattended in his room. Now recently we had to find a place for mom. Cara made that happen effortlessly. My mom absolutely loves the place Cara referred us to. Rest easy she knows what she's doing could not be happier
