"The pricing at this facility is simply out of control and they've just raised it all again! The latest increase is tacking on another $4 grand a year. Theres no nexus seen to their higher rates and improved services. It's really quite the opposite. Management has reduced staffing on nights, weekends and holidays to level of one staff per floor. Waits exist for response. Nobody is really in charge and there is no supervision. Overtime is abused that wears out staff doing the most work and inflating care costs. Adding fuel to fire, about 2 of 3 staff are new, inexperienced and untrained. Thefts occur here consisting of Residents clothing, personal items and supplies. Two staff were recently fired for mishandling narcotic prescriptions. Accidents happen injuring Residents. There's lack of customer focus, food is terrible and care staff rules the roost! Limited food choices, service is inconsistent and dining experience needs to be overhauled. Executive. Manager is unprofessional and frustrated over how to remedy resident issues that need fixing.
