Artisan At Hudson is a senior living community with mixed reviews. Many residents and their families praise the staff for being caring, attentive, and going above and beyond, especially in difficult times. The community is described as clean, modern, and offering a variety of amenities and activities that promote a sense of belonging. The dining experience is often highlighted positively, with restaurant-style meals and a wide variety of options. However, some reviews mention the high cost of living and express concerns about frequent staff changes and understaffing. There are also criticisms regarding the management's communication and handling of contracts, with some residents feeling that their needs are not prioritized. Memory care services receive mixed feedback, with some feeling that it is segregated from the rest of the community and lacking in quality care. Despite these issues, many still recommend Artisan At Hudson for its vibrant community and supportive environment, particularly for independent living. Overall, while the facility and staff receive commendations, there are areas for improvement, particularly in memory care and management practices.

The Artisan at Hudson is a beautiful building on the outside, but inside the Management Team needs to be re-organized and re-focused upon the residents and their needs. Some of the employees are very helpful. The residents are wonderful people who are friendly, but many are frustrated. Miscommunications are frequent within the Executive Team as well as between the Team and the residents. Activities and special meal events are randomly cancelled at the last minute with feeble excuses. The meals are not geared to residents with the usual senior health problems. Our original signed Resident Agreement Contracts were "revised" without giving us any consideration or other options except "Move if you don't like the new contracts." We were physically able to move and we sympathize with those who could not leave.

I moved into the Artisan and have loved my time here. The care I receive from the staff and front desk team is wonderful and they all treat me with so much kindness. There are so many amenities such as PT, OT speech therapy a beautiful gym and classes. It has made life so much easier for me to be able to stay in-house for these services. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the food options are accommodating and tasty. Laundry service and the hair salon is a plus. Large variety of activities and organized trips to locations off site. I highly recommend the Artisan!
