"I am so thankful that my family chose The Forum for my Dad and Mom. Everyone from the administrative staff, to the nurses and personal care aides, have been incredibly supportive and caring. "My father has been at Claremont for six months now; we absolutely love it. He has an apt. in Independent Living with a small functional kitchen, a private screened patio, and full bath (they let me put in a bidet!). He can walk to meals or eat in his own place. We have coffee out on his patio when I visit, and he's bought plants to beautify the garden around his patio. Claremont is not at all fancy, but for us that's a good thing -- it feels like home! Residents are encouraged to pursue activities they love; they have a growing choir led by a dynamic 96 year old resident! And a YouTube channel with interviews by residents, for residents! Quite a few staff members have been at Claremont for many years, so they get to know residents. And families know who's taking care of their loved one. "New owners don’t return calls at all. I’ll make sure to post photos of the bathrooms they don’t clean either. My mother said her place was cleaned Dec 30th I went there on December 31st and nobody took out her trash my kids and I took out 6 full bags of trash, they didn’t clean the bathroom or kitchen at all or do her dishes or clean the floors. I requested her laundry to be done as well. The nurse Chyna is unprofessional and should find a new career, caring for the elderly is not in her forte. I have called the office manager Junieal S several times with no response. I’ve been trying to pay my mother’s rent for 7 days and I can’t get anyone to help me. My is currently in ICU and has been there for 7 days now. This place wasn’t like this in July when we did a tour and had lots of employees always working and nice and now it’s nothing like this.
