"Review of Broadway Creek Assisted Living I had mixed experiences with Broadway Creek Assisted Living when it came to the care of my mom. Her first stay was adequate, but her second stay fell short of expectations. On the positive side, Broadway Creek offers a variety of activities that could be engaging for residents, and there are some truly wonderful staff members who go above and beyond in their roles. However, it's evident that a significant portion of the work is carried by just 20% of the staff, which can affect the overall quality of care. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our experience. We frequently noticed that call lights were not answered in a timely manner, often taking more than 30 minutes. Additionally, the cleanliness of her room was inconsistent and did not meet our standards.
