"I am having trust issues with the staff. I agree there is turnover and that can be very confusing to anyone staying at this facility. I have been present when my family member has pushed the button and no one has shown up to see what the need is in a timely manner. I then went down the hall to see what the hold-up was, and three employees were standing in the hall chatting. I then asked one of them to come with me to respond to my family member's needs. "My wife was in memory care level 2 section of Transitions North Bend, and based on my experience with her at home, the staff did a good job, considering her unstable behavior. The dining room food was good. The Customer service providing a room my wife was good. BUT resolving accounting problems is slow and stressful. "Don't go here! The building is old, and not in good shape. One of the elevators has been broken for 3 months already, and they're not replacing is. That leaves only one elevator for eight floors of residence. Plus they just installed a sign-in system that is ridiculously lengthy and unnecessary. What a waste of money when there are actually important things that need attention. The non-nursing staff is nice, but the medical side is not as good as I'd hoped.
