Management was often angry or non responsive. Not enough aides to respond to needs. When rang for assistance, no answer. Sheets would go a month without changing. Room not cleaned. Food not good.

I am happy with the level of care my relative is receiving at The Court at Round Rock. The staff is attentive, caring and in addition to that I have had great food during my visits and am happy with the amenities like a full kitchen, gardening area, exercise room and more. However, I was also disappointed when it took them over a week to adjust my relative's overbilling issue after acknowledging their mistake but I have generally appreciated their care and concern over time
