We’ve gathered and summarized real family reviews from across the internet for you. Contact a CareScout representative for details.

The reviews for The Harmony Collection at Hanover present a mixed picture. Many residents and their families praise the facility for its friendly and caring staff, particularly highlighting the efforts of Krystal Stephens and Pat in organizing engaging activities and events. The community is described as clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a variety of amenities and activities that residents enjoy, such as happy hours, outings, and themed events. The food generally receives positive feedback, and the facility's location is considered convenient. However, there are significant concerns raised by some reviewers. A recurring issue is the high turnover of executive and healthcare directors, leading to inconsistent management and care. Some reviews mention chronic understaffing, which affects response times and the quality of care, particularly in the memory care unit. There are also complaints about poor communication, billing issues, and unfulfilled promises by the management. A few reviewers describe the facility as a "dumpster fire," citing neglect, inadequate staffing, and a lack of accountability. Overall, while many residents and families appreciate the community atmosphere and activities, others express dissatisfaction with the management and care quality, suggesting that experiences at The Harmony Collection at Hanover can vary significantly.

Dawn

April 2026

I would NOT recommend Harmony. We moved my mother-in-law into Harmony in February 2026. The facility is clean and inviting, and the staff is very friendly. We were genuinely impressed with our initial visits. Within a month we had moved her in, and the honeymoon was over. For us, the negatives far outweigh the positives. Poor communication and lack of accountability from management top the list. She was there for over a month before she received her first assisted bath. After complaining for weeks, we met with management. We were told that this would be resolved. A week later, we discovered they "resolved" it by moving her into a more expensive care bracket (without our knowledge). When confronted, we were told that she did not initially ask for any assistance. This, of course, is not true, but I wonder why she would be approved for ASSISTED living, if she didn't require assistance. I have reached out to upper management, but they have shown little interest in hearing my concerns.
