Seaton is a Business. They treat people as inventory. The staff you meet is very friendly, naturally. The executive staff you don't meet are absolutely disconnected. Do not fall for the pony show you get in the beginning. Once you sign on the dotted line it's a different world.

December 2022

I recently visited Seaton and was impressed by the friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. The staff seemed genuinely interested in our family and it was interesting to note their interactions with other residents, which all seemed very positive and caring. It's a smaller community and definitely more affordable than some of the others we have seen, which is good. According to the person who toured us, they are planning on some renovations in the coming year which was my only complaint - that it seemed a little dated. While we are still looking at other communities, we were impressed by our experience at Seaton.
