"management is much more interested in profits than providing better living conditions. Lights in the common areas have many dark spots and pose a trip hazard and management refuses to add more lighting. Management always has an answer why something cannot be done. Bathrooms by the tennis and pickleball courts do not exist and management refused to put in a portable toilet for the residents ( even after the residents offered to pay ). they frequently say that's a good idea and then nothing happens and the subject is never brought up again. do not expect management to fix things.
