"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Rehab Experience — Truly the Best of the Best My mother recently completed a stay here, and I can say without hesitation that this facility stands head-and-shoulders above every other rehab we’ve experienced — and we’ve experienced quite a few. From the moment she arrived, the care was spotless in every sense of the word. Her room was immaculate every single day — bed freshly made, linens changed, and the space kept pristine. My mother was always clean, well-dressed, and looked genuinely cared for. The facility even washed her clothes daily and offered haircuts and coloring — she received a fresh haircut every week! They bathed her and washed her hair daily, which is nearly unheard of in most facilities. The staff deserves every ounce of praise. The nurses and CNAs were compassionate, professional, and treated my mother with true dignity and respect. They spoke to her as a person, not a patient — something that unfortunately has become rare. Her medications" - jason…

Wiley Mission

8.6
99 East Main Street, Marlton, NJ, 08053
Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, Nursing Home, Continuing Care Retirement Community

History Wiley Mission has had a unique beginning. It is an outgrowth of a ministry that began during the depression years of the early 1930's. At that crucial time there was dire need in the city of Camden. There was no work, no money, and in many instances whole families were deprived of the bare necessities of life. Rev. John S. Hackett was appointed as Pastor of the Wiley Methodist Episcopal Church in March of 1927. Therefore, he found himself concerned not only with the spiritual needs of his congregation, but greatly involved in the many needs of the community who at that time were suffering with deprivation. He and his small congregation began to deal with those problems. The first program set up a breakfast for school children. This advanced into a feeding program for whole families which included an evening meal. By 1934 Wiley was caring for as many as four hundred men per day in the Old Post Office Building in Camden. In 1935, a lady came to Rev. Hackett and told him that the Lord had impressed her that a ministry to the aging should be included in the ministry of Wiley Mission. With the help of a faithful congregation, he proceeded to set up this plan. Mother Johnson became the first resident and was the inspiration for this work in its care for the weak and infirm. On April 19, 1939 the outreach to the needy had grown to such proportions that it was necessary to incorporate the Wiley Mission. It was granted a charter on that date under the church act of the State of New Jersey. In 1940 Wiley began to dedicate all of its efforts in health care to those in sunset years. A permanent location was established here in Marlton, New Jersey. Woven throughout this ministry is a philosophy of care that has never been lost over the years. When the founders of this work looked out of the parsonage window one day and saw two little children salvaging their breakfast out of a garbage can, Pastor Hackett said, "We will hit that thing!" This ministry has worked diligently and sincerely to alleviate the distress of poverty, the crippling of disease, and the weakness of the aging and infirm ever since. Today Wiley Mission continues to dedicate itself to this philosophy of care. The Board of Trustees and congregation of Wiley Mission, intend to emphasize that this is a Christ-centered ministry, ministering to all. Some will have differing needs. Their background and economical standings will be different as well. Many will indicate certain spiritual desires, but to all there will be a program of care that will exalt and glorify the Lord Jesus and make Him known to men.…

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor

40 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ, 07701
Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, Nursing Home, Continuing Care Retirement Community

A safe harbor where you live life at full sail. The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, Red Bank, NJ: a mission of security, stimulation and service. To make a difference in the lives of the residents, families and communities we serve. At The Atrium, our strategy is simple: put residents first. That’s not a mere slogan; it’s a way of life, backed by a Residents First satisfaction guarantee. We can make that promise because we’re part of the Springpoint family of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, New Jersey’s leading not-for-profit provider of senior housing and care. We can substantiate it with independent resident surveys that rank us among the top CCRCs in America; in fact, our Red Bank skilled nursing center was named one of the top 10 percent in the nation for resident satisfaction. Springpoint builds on a history of dedicated care that began in 1912, when the American Baptist Churches opened The Navesink House, beginning a tradition of outstanding nursing care and secure senior living. By 1972, it had grown into a full Continuing Care Retirement Community. In 2006, The Atrium came under the Springpoint aegis and became a flagship community for style, comfort and security. When Springpoint took over, not one resident of The Navesink House had to leave, regardless of financial circumstances; all were given a choice of beautiful apartments. We gave our community a beautiful renovation in 2009 and in 2013 we opened the doors to a major expansion, enhancing The Atrium everywhere from our amenities to our health care capabilities. Yet we will maintain the kind of intimate, individualized attention that caters to you in every detail. Like all Springpoint communities, The Atrium has earned accreditation by an independent authority, CARF-CCAC, a distinction held by only 15% of CCRCs nationwide. This means The Atrium has met the most stringent standards, everywhere from sound financial practices to the quality of care. Visit our Red Bank, NJ community. “When we came here, it was Navesink House. After our first year and a half, it was bought by Springpoint. As we learned about their plans to upgrade all the facilities, we said, ‘We certainly came to right place.’” - Mildred Schmidt, resident since 2004…
