From the moment she arrived, the care was spotless in every sense of the word. Her room was immaculate every single day — bed freshly made, linens changed, and the space kept pristine. My mother was always clean, well-dressed, and looked genuinely cared for. The facility even washed her clothes daily and offered haircuts and coloring — she received a fresh haircut every week! They bathed her and washed her hair daily, which is nearly unheard of in most facilities. The staff deserves every ounce of praise. The nurses and CNAs were compassionate, professional, and treated my mother with true dignity and respect. They spoke to her as a person, not a patient — something that unfortunately has become rare.
